I have had one instance of negative feedback on my Ebay account and I want to put email history on here so people can decide for themselves. My feedback speaks for itself and it really upsets me that I ran into a bad apple and now I end up with negative feedback because he doesn't understand simple business principles.


He did not respond to this email, he sent me a Paypal offer of 75% of the purchase price. In all I lost, .36 and a lot of time dealing with this individual. He has lost privileges with EBay before and then he was re-instated, I plan to turn him in again. The bottom line is that he considers a laptop with a dark screen good enough and not DOA. He was very difficult to deal with and I would encourage anyone not to deal with him. Remember you have to read the history of these emails backwards. There is something wrong with this mans thought process or he is just too naïve to understand proper business practices.  Sincerely Mike Dixon

 I am not going to waste more money calling you. I don’t think it would change anything. I guess you just don’t understand. The people left you negative feedback because you do lousy business. They probably said they wouldn’t, just to get their money or product back and not get ripped off by you. It’s too late for you. I am going to contact EBay, post a Fraud Complaint, contact the internet fraud complaint center, and contact the Federal trade commission. You should have sent me a laptop that was in good condition or refunded all my money in the first place. You sent out stuff and you don’t know whether it’s good or bad, then if someone has to ship back to Canada their screwed cause it’s a pain and it’s expensive. This all started when you miss-advertised the product and didn’t want to make it right. Sorry but you don’t know how to do business and your not going be in business long operating like you do.
